These cheery blooms are perennials, so if you plant this autumn, your yard or neighborhood will be a lovely place to be next spring! The Tarrytown Beautification Foundation. You can plant the bulbs about 20-25 to a hole for a nice display, or you can plant them in ones and twos. If a few of you share a bushel or more, your neighborhood will be in bloom by mid April!
