There is another mom adopting a 1.5 yr old girl that we had met via FB while we were in Cartagena, and she just happened to also be in Bogota finishing things up. Kate lives in Denmark now, but is originally from Washington state just outside Portland and her dad is a retired PPS teacher! I am in week 7 if you lost count;-).
