2 lb Skinless chicken breast. 1 Stick of butter (the real stuff). 1 Tbs Chopped garlic. 1 Large onion (chopped). 2 Green peppers (chopped). 3/4 C Sweet wine (optional). 3/4 tsp Dried red pepper. 3/4 tps Dried basil. 15 oz can Tomato sauce. 15 oz can Diced tomatoes. 1/2 C Fresh chopped mushrooms. 1/2 pint Heavy cream. 1/2 C Grated parm. cheese. Box of Rigatoni pasta. Cube and FLOUR chicken. Cook in melted butter until tender. Add all ingreds. EXCEPT for cream, shrooms and cheese. Simmer for one hour.
