Tuesday, October 19, 2010. What a great run! It had it all! Cool weather, rain, a philosophical discussion with myself, my dog Buster (who cut the course! In the first 500 yards I was seeing what appeared to be itty bitty rain drops. That started the philosophy discussion. Was God testing my reserve? He wants to see if I will HTFU and go on. Thursday, May 13, 2010. Lot of technical difficulties yesterday between my phone, my Garmin, the internet. Frustrating day in that sense. In any event.training for the day (first of the week) consisted of a biathlon of sorts - a 5K run followed by a 4.74 mile ride.
