Sunday, August 4, 2013. While mom and dad are away. Matt and I went on a "work" trip to Las Vegas. Matt's company took us to Vegas for a long weekend. While Matt had some work things to do.I enjoyed the pool and actually read an entire book! Here are a couple pictures from our trip and a couple "stolen" pictures from fun with Aunt Amy, Josephine, GeeGee Pam and Aunt Mindy. Josh Groben played at the gala. Along with Cheryl Crow.pretty fancy! Back at home.this was happening. She wears size 4 diapers. She's...

The Hursh Family: October 2012

http://thehurshfamily.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

Monday, October 22, 2012. 3rd child syndrome.I am trying to not let it happen but it's inevitable. Less pictures, less blogging, less note taking of milestones that are being made. So let's get started. Oliver's loves. the color orange, playing ABC's on the iPad, coloring with markers, playing outside, drawing letters and numbers, watching his "shows". She smiles, coos and chats a lot. She can roll from her tummy to her back and started doing so right around 12 weeks old. Our first bath, triple deep.

The Hursh Family: December 2012

Thursday, December 27, 2012. Because this is my baby book of sorts I want to make sure I document our big milestones.and to me this is big! So here I am going to toot Vivian's horn. Who in their right mind would choose to potty train their child starting December 21st, which starts possibly the busiest craziest week of the year! Even though I've put a diaper on her for every nap she's woken up dry each day and the past 2 morning she's woken up dry too! Oliver like Vivian prior to last Friday uses the pot...

Thursday, May 26, 2011. Papaw Hugs are the BEST! We love our Papaw! Yesterday Noah and I spent most of the afternoon at Aunt Renee's playing with his cousins! Papaw came by for a bit and we had lunch together. We are so lucky that our family all lives so close and we can visit all the time! Noah's first time on a swingset! Kate wanted to push him :). He thought the whole thing was just hilarious! Elle is standing all by herself! Such a big girl! Reese can do it, too! Back at home, showing his true colors!

The Havens Family: October 2010

http://ourlittlehavens.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Hoo Hoo Hoo.HOOSIERS! At 6 weeks old, Noah attended his first IU football game (and I'm sure he will attend many more in the years to come)! We had an absolute blast taking our little guy to Bloomington and seeing our old stomping grounds! It was definitely a different way to experience campus with a Baby Bjorn carrier strapped to my chest! We even ventured down to Kirkwood after the game and had dinner with some friends and bought a few sweatshirts for ourselves :). We had a...

http://ourlittlehavens.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html

Saturday, August 4, 2012. Get comfortable. Here goes. Nervous and excited to welcome another son into our family! Our healthy baby boy was born on July 22nd, 2012 at 7:32 pm! After only 20 minutes of pushing (following 48 hours of labor - however most of this time was spent unsuccessfully trying to stop. Labor), Dylan made his grand entrance with the sweetest noise a parent has ever heard: CRYING! And crying, and crying, and crying. "Clear those lungs, sweet boy! Was all that Ben and I could think about!

Sunday, December 11, 2011. He's Not Fat, He's Proportional! Our little dude weighed in at a whopping 26 POUNDS! That puts him in the 70th percentile for weight, and at 32.5 inches long he is in the 90th percentile for height! Not exactly long and lean, but definitely long :) He definitely doesn't get his height from his momma! Life is good as we get ready for Christmas! He also has been trying to whistle. I don't know where he learned it, but he thinks it's pretty fantastic. Well, we did! Noah likes the ...
