An Organized Mess and the Art of Balancing it All. Friday, July 6, 2012. Fitness Journal: Day 2. Completed; Bum Bum Brazil Butt Lift, workout. Yay! Made Green Goddess Smoothie for breakfast and lunch. Added protein powder for extra calories and nutrients! Have been drinking 8 glasses of water and Yogi brand tea as well. No sugary beverages for this girl. I feel better already! Yesterday I noticed myself craving more physical exercise. I had a ton of energy and was in a great mood! Fitness Journal: Day 7.
