February 18, 2017. February 18, 2017. 2 Comments on Tater Tots. A plate full of fried goodies, looks inviting. So easy to pop them in your mouth while watching your favourite movie, isn’t it? I am sure you have seen the ads of frozen French fries or potato specialities, claiming to treat you under 3 minutes time. How about making these fried bites at home? Trust me, it is easy to… Read more ». December 5, 2016. December 5, 2016. 2 Comments on Bhindi Fry. Follow us on Facebook. 1 to our page.

February 25, 2017. February 25, 2017. No Comments on Black Chickpea Usli. Black chickpea usli/Kadle usli/Kadle upkari This is one easy recipe one can ever make. It may not be really quick as soaking and cooking will take sometime. But if you have some left over cooked black chana then you can prepare this usli/upkari in 5 minutes. I have fond memories of eating usli, served in temples as ‘Prasad’. At home,… Read more ». February 13, 2017. February 14, 2017. No Comments on Masala Poha. January 16, 2017.

December 17, 2016. December 17, 2016. 2 Comments on Rava Dosa. Easy breakfast for a lazy me. This defines how easy it is to make. The rava dosa batter is prepared instantly and is spread on hot hot tawa 🙂. To the batter you can even add grated carrots and lots of finely chopped coriander. I didn’t have them so skipped it, it is however optional. The proportion of the rava, rice flour and maida used is 1:1:1/2 cup. You can double or halve the quantities as you require. 1 Rava (Suji or Semolina) 1 cup.

Its all about cooking! Its All About Cooking! Welcome to my world of cooking! Cooking is said to be an art. But I would describe it as a technique imbibing various inventions and discoveries.
