Strange girl, strange world. Tuesday, June 1, 2010. This time last year, I started training so I could run a half-marathon. Heh. Then, last August I found out that we were expecting the girl. That put a swift end to any running. So now I'm starting over again. As of today I am officially starting my half-marathon training. I am completely crazy. Going through the heartbreak of infertility in a quest to start our family…. Hmmm- how does one begin a blog post when they have inadvertently taken a 5 month hiatus? Breaking bones but growing belly. So…somehow in the weeks since my last post I have entered the land of the second trimester-a place I dreamed of every day for those first 3 months, eagerly anticipating the time when I could breathe (slightly) easier. And the first few days of it started out so well…I went to yoga! Walked on the treadmill!
