They did so by transferring all our electric meters to a nearby electric post. We wouldn’t really question the motive in. 8216;new procedure’. Done to us if not for one very glaring proof that some personnel in Meralco were really. 8216;very hot on pinning us down’. Ours are the only ones that were transferred to the post.
