A little about me…. Joy in the Little Things. 8230;Heather's blog…. Five Months Old… and a few other random pictures. October 13, 2014. I’ve tried a new muffin recipe over the past several months from a dear lady at church who made these for us after Titus was born. I had a staple muffin recipe that I grew up making, but I think I’ve replaced it with this new one! Now on to the recipe…. Apple or Blueberry Muffins. 3/4 c whole wheat flour. 3/4 c white flour. 1/4 t baking soda. 1 1/4 t. baking powder.

Inside the Mind of Mama Bear: March 2014
http://www.lizstetler.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Everyone has limiting realities. I'm thinking of limits in our space, resources, time. Finances, energy, even food intake. Many people feel lonely. In their limits, most of us wish for different. Limits, but we don't always get to choose them. We can decide how we see them. We can choose our perspective. I jotted down a few thoughts about limits yesterday, and thought I'd share them here. Living over my limits is exhausting. Living over my limits is dishonest. Be More with Less.

Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Parkside Church Christmas 2010. Here is the video to the Christmas concert! I must say, I've been to many Christmas concerts over the years. Pilgrims Welcomed Home: February 2011

Monday, February 21, 2011. Koch Snowflake (Base-Motif Fractal). It warmed up late last week. It was wonderful! Virtually all of the old ugly snow melted over the weekend. It was great to look out the windows and see something other than white. The skies were blue, the sun was shining, and the birds were singing. It was great. Speaking of snow, here's a little diversion we took last week. Instead of getting out the Algebra books, we decided to try our hands at creating fractals. This is a Koch Snowflake.

Pilgrims Welcomed Home: A Wrinkle in Time
http://pilgrimswelcomedhome.blogspot.com/2011/03/wrinkle-in-time.html
Tuesday, March 29, 2011. A Wrinkle in Time. As a mother, I was checking him out to make sure everything was OK. And then I saw it. I looked again and started searching my memory. Had I forgotten? No I didn't remember seeing it there before. There it was plain as day. And I just couldn't take my eyes off it. When my son smiled, there was a small wrinkle under the corner of his right eye. No, not crows feet. Not that kind of a wrinkle. It's his wrinkle in time. And I'm happy it's there.so I can remember.
