Tuesday, October 21, 2014. It's been a fun and exciting Fall. Here's a catch up picture of us from Split Rock Lighthouse. We visited Sever's Corn Maze for the first time on a chilly day and enjoyed the corn pit and other activities. Jack ended his t-ball season and had a fun time playing and learning the game with the other kids. Here are some pictures from the first day of school. Sophie is now in 1st grade and Jack just started his second year of preschool. We met Elsa and Anna from Frozen.

Monday, June 1, 2015. It's already June and almost time to start summer vacation. Where did this school year go? Here's a picture from a few months ago. Enjoying a nice sunny spring day and taking a walk to nearby Parkers Lake Park. One of my favorite bonding times with my babies. Here are the kids, all dressed up for Easter. They enjoyed hunting for eggs in the yard and then going over to Grandma's house for brunch. Parks and his chubby cheeks and pale complexion. The loves of my life, all on one couch.

Friday, April 17, 2015. Sweet baby Parker was born on January 13, 2015 at Maple Grove Hospital. He was 6 lb 15 oz and 19 inches long. Parker arrived a few days prior to my scheduled c-section and I'm so grateful that he "picked his own birthday". Big sister Sophie and big brother Jack are so proud of their new little brother. Thursday, July 9, 2015. Sophie finished off first grade and said goodbye to her wonderful teacher, Mrs. Messer. She learned so much this past year- how to tell time, fractions, counting money and now she's reading chapter books. Sophie's Girl Scout troop picked Color Me Mine as their celebration for selling cookies. Sophie picked an elephant to paint. For his summer sport, Jack picked soccer. Monday, March 25, 2013. Happy 3rd Birthday to Jack! We've had a busy and fun-filled winter. Sophie is now 4 1/2 years old and Jack is almost 3 and recently, we turned both kids forward-facing in their car seats. This was Sophie's reaction. Even when we were driving at just 15 mph, she thought we were going so fast. Both kids were waving at the on-coming cars. Sophie recently quit sucking her thumb! Monday, February 17, 2014. Minnesota Children's Museum Updates! I attended the Minnesota Children's Museum SmartPlay Ambassador program kick-off meeting at the museum last weekend and had a great time! I met the other 2014 ambassadors, got to know them a bit and we learned more about the new and exciting changes coming to the museum for this year and beyond.
