Saturday, December 10, 2011. November was a fun month for us at our house. This year Hunter was able to help us rake up our leaves in the back yard. He had a blast! He helped dad rake the leaves and then we all played in them. Ame out of Hunter's mouth. All the way back to the car he would look at the tree and say, "Ah Oh! Monday, February 25, 2013. This last month has been a busy one. Mostly we've had a month of sickness and getting better. Both boys got RSV, and Nick and I got the cold virus. But we did manage to have some fun! We all went (grandparents included) of to The South Yuba River for a hike. It was a lot of fun. We went looking for mushroom, but didn't find too many. The best part was I was in good shape! I usually have a hard time hiking, but the working out has really made a difference. Kavan is now 7 months!

Friday, September 9, 2011. The Grand Tetons and Camping; Day 1. The mighty Teton's from Jenny Lake. Hunter really wanted to help put the tent up. But just kept stepping where the boys were working. He loved playing with the tent poles. I'm in the tent! My boys looking for rocks and sticks to eat/play with! Our family at the vistor center in the Grand Teton National Park. Need I say more about this one. LOVE IT! Another great shot of the Tetons. Rachel and Eric, the happy couple. The end of the day!

On one such day last month I figured I would ease some anxiety by making some calls to a variety of moving companies to gather quotes. It seemed to be a pretty logical and responsible thing to do to start mentally planning financially. In other words, I needed to know how much to cut back at Target and Amazon. Well who knew that Little Miss Planny Pants here would be practically laughed to scorn? So I suppose my calls maybe did sound a little ridiculous after all:. And when is your moving date, Mam?

It feels slightly foreign yet very liberating when Niels doesn't have to do anything school related and doesn't have to feel bad about it.
