Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.". 2 sweet potatoes, diced. 1 bag frozen cauliflower. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder. Sea salt and pepper to taste. Sauté onion, add sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Add small amount of water, cover and simmer until sweet potatoes and cauliflower are soft. Add seasonings and pepitas. Sauté a few more minutes. Serve with avocado. Recipes (Gluten and Casein Free).
