Why is it that one person can witness something becoming either a gainer or encourager and another person can witness the same thing and it has no effect on them what so ever? What makes one person gain certain ways and the others completely differently? How many people have family member with tendencies that mimic the gainers or encouragers we know. Number two: Any kind of public media.

Hopefully I'm better at keeping up with this then i was at the first time. So where exactly does everything stand in my life. I suppose that's a good starting post for a new blog. Well let's see. Luckily for me I made a buddy at a party last night, so I wont always be doing it alone. The workout is really simple, 3 days a week. Chest/ Shoulder/ Deadlifts or Squats. the whole work out is in a pyramid. So hopefully I have better posts soon but tha's where I'm at in my neck of the wood. Ps i gave up on the 365 picture thing).
