We love him dearly and look forward to seeing him grow this coming year! We celebrated twice with our little man. Our trip to the mountains for apples. However, no apples to pick except the rotting ones on the ground, so we bought some that were already picked. We enjoyed the beautiful day in the mountains with family! Elijah and Aron in the apple orchard.

Friday, June 26, 2009. As you can see, we all got some good napping in on Saturday afternoon. On Tues/Thurs. this week, Elijah and I watched MacKenzie Schleicher for a few minutes while her big sister and Mom were doing swim lessons. Elijah wanted her to stay all day :) She is 5 months and we had fun watching her baby faces and noises. Elijah loved talking to her, dancing for her, and holding her! Posted by The John 5. Friday, July 31, 2009. Olivia was brave enough to go down, with a bunch of other girls, and chase a calf with a ribbon tied on its' tail. She's the one in the green shirt behind the fence. I guess the cowboys love this sport but it's a little crazy if you ask me! Monday, August 17, 2009. I can do it Momma! Aron came running in the house after dinner tonight to announce that he can ride his bike alone now! We've tried off and on for a few months now and with some practice he's got it. He is so proud :). Posted by The John 5. Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Camping 2010 (Day 1&2). We made our, now 3rd annual, trip to Cedar Mtn. to go camping this year. We went for a whole week this year. The rain every night made the week feel a bit long for me, but the days were mostly dry and we had a lot of fun and have lots of great memories regardless! The John/Rau families at Coontree Park.
