Our life in Seattle. And our adventures in the Pacific Northwest! Monday, March 7, 2011. They were served with cranberry jam and this delicious vanilla cream called mascarpone. Yummy! And with almost every meal, they serve their own kind of mashed potatoes. They are baked, then flattened, flash fried, and finally covered in garlic and other spices. Seriously, best breakfast potatoes I have ever had. Yeah, I could talk about food all day. :). Vega watching the people on top of the stone thing with Cody.

We had heard a lot about the fair, so we decided that we needed to go see what it was all about. Even though we had heard stories, actually being there was something we will never forget!
