Peppers, the more different the colour the better. Fresh rosemary, small sprigs. Small red onions cut in quarters. Wash and cut the peppers in half, place on a warm baking tray drizzled with olive oil – place “artistically” a quarter of an onion and a sprig of rosemary, then very lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 200gr until the edges get brown: they’ll retain some of their shape. Zero effort and it looks awesome when presented with anything! Ayo’s passion for finding recipes!

Asian stir-fry with homemade sauce. This was made to re-use a pork roast. We didn't have any jar of Asian sauce so I had to make it up. Grissini (Italian bread sticks). I finally found a good recipe for Grissini, and I've modified with my usual double rising of the dough.
