There was a reception at the end and each family had its own table, which was nice. Pressley was pretty much melting down by the end, but it was still a very special day! I mean there were times that I didn't think I would make it through the first 6 weeks. But now it feels like these past 6 months have flown! She had a good doctor's appointment on Monday weighing in at 16 lbs 12 oz and she is now 26 3/4 in. long. Here are a few pics. of the little one through the months. . . . . Chris and Haley Jonas. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. After Pressley and I returned from Hendersonville on Sunday we got to visit with Uncle Adam, one of Chris' brothers, who came to visit for the weekend. Pressley loves her Uncle Adam! Although he and Aunt Sara don't have any kids of their own YET, Uncle Adam was a pro at making Pressley laugh. Looks like those boys might not have showered or shaved all weekend:) How cute is P's little foot propped up on Adam's arm! She is growing so much! Paul and Mary Abigail.

What beautiful blessings we have! Tuesday, May 6, 2008. Finding Things to Do Around the House! Well, this week starts the second week that Rich has been at his job! He loves it and they love him too! They are very impressed with his speed on AutoCAD! Rich leaves early in the morning and comes home around 5:30-6. It's not too bad, other than the fact that I have no car! Sunday, April 22, 2012. Happy 7th Birthday Caleb! Wow, it is really hard to believe that we have a 7 year old in our house now! Caleb really is such a joy and blessing in our lives and we are so thankful for him. We celebrated the first part of his birthday yesterday when Russ' parents came into town. Nana and Papa took Caleb on his first ever shopping spree to Toys R Us. Caleb was so excited to go, he could hardly stand it! He loved getting to pick out his presents and he did a really good job with it!

Friday, August 12, 2011. Russ and I just returned from a week of absolute paradise. We celebrated our 10th anniversary at a small island in the British West Indies called Turks and Caicos. We haven't been on a trip by ourselves in years, so we decided that it was about time! We stayed at an ocean resort called Oceans Club West. Friday, May 6, 2011. My Mom" by Kathryn. This morning, Kathryn's preschool class did a little program for their mother's. They sang a sweet song, we all ate brunch together and then they gave us little gifts. Kathryn's been practicing her song all week and she can sing it perfectly. When her class sang, she got all shy and hardly even opened up her mouth! She looked precious standing up there though and I was very proud of her :). She was so excited to give it to me and she is a good little secret keeper!
