I've taken to carrying a notebook and pen in my handbag, but it's a little hard to write on a bus while it's lurching it's way through traffic. When I was a child I wanted one so badly. Wednesday, July 1, 2009. We heard yesterday that my husbands grandfather passes away. It's a very sad time for all the family, especially as some are estranged. It has been an emotional and trying time for hubby and myself fielding calls from all the family. I'm packing lots of warm clothes as it's so cold down there.
