Thursday, October 23, 2008. So I failed in my goal to post one recipe a month. Whoops. I'll have to try harder for next month. But here's October's recipe. 4 chicken breast cooked and shredded by hand. 1 (8oz) container of chive and onion cream cheese. 2 containers of crescent rolls. Bread crumbs (seasoned or unseasoned). 1 Cup butter or margarine. 1 can of cream of chicken soup. 1 c of chicken broth. 1 beef or chicken bullion cube. Makes 8 large or 16 small pillows. Tuesday, February 17, 2009. 15 Minute Nacho Supreme. I LOVE this chip topping (you can top like nachos or just dip and eat). At college my husband's (then boyfriend/fiance) roommates used to always ask me to make this stuff. Or if they knew I had made some recently, they'd come over to my apartment for lunch and eat my leftovers of it. This stuff is awesome as a left over - still moist and yummy! You should all definitely try it. 15 Minute Nacho Supreme. 1 lb ground beef. 1 pkg taco seasoning mix.

Wednesday, November 21, 2007. 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen). 1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple. 1 box of yellow or white cake mix. 1 stick of margarine or butter (melted). Another 1/3 cup sugar. 1 cup chopped pecans (optional). In a 9x13 Pyrex dish, spray with Pam. Put in undrained pineapple, followed by the blueberries. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Yummy. If I ever have to take a dessert to a gathering. this is a quick and easy pie I will fix. 4 regular size Hershey Bars. 8 oz cool whip. 1 graham cracker pie crust. Melt chocolate bars in microwave. This doesn't take but just a few seconds. Don't burn the chocolate. Stir in cool whip. Pour into the crust and chill for at least 3 hours. Keep refrigerated. Takes about 5 minutes to make! Potatoes (6-8) white or red. McCormick Broiled Steak Seasoning Salt.
