For most of my life, I sought to serve myself, trust myself, handle everything myself and ultimately glorify myself. In the midst of a particularly difficult time, I had a major collision with Christ. And came face to face with a painful truth. I had no relationship with Him. I did not trust Him and I had very little faith.

Thursday, February 23, 2012. My sweet friend Kristy (and fellow Pilates instructor) taught me this recipe. I alter it everytime I make it by adding something new or using different nuts. Once you get the hang of it you can create any flavors. The prego girls at the studio are dying for the recipe so here you go! Medjool Dates, about 8-10 seeded (I buy mine at Costco). 1/2 cup Chocolate chips. 1 cup of nuts (I like to combine cashews and almonds). 1/2 cup flax seed. 6 Remove the loaf and cut into bars.
