The Judge Is A Ass. Laws That Need Changing. Statutes to be Changed or Added. I was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980. I was effectively disbarred in 2003. I do want to briefly note that I was not accused of stealing any money, committing a crime, abandoning a client or incompetence. In short I refused to accept termination by two insurance company/clients. Those of you who are interested in the details can review my opening brief. But how did I get to this point?
