For a start, I’ve been accepted onto a teacher training course, which begins in September. Once I was on, I only had a few hoops to jump through. I had to send in an occupational health form; convince them that the reference they had for me was the best they were going to get; and pass a maths and English skills test. But more of that another time.

I enjoyed my run in the end, and I got home just as the sun was coming up. An idea dawned at the same time. So I cancelled the gym and I’m not going after this week. I know that a lot of this has to do with his autism, but he is scheduled to start kindergarten in September and I’m hoping that this will be the summer of potty training! 8221;, and he recognizes that we don’t wear diapers. He has also started to ask to go on the toilet himself sometimes. Was it a huge struggle? How long did it take?
