Saturday, June 18, 2011. 4th of July Crown. My little girl and I made these fun crowns for the 4th of July last summer and thought we'd share it with everyone! In case you were looking for a fun and patriotic craft- this is an easy one. Like I said, we made these last year and my daughter still plays with hers. It is in her dress up box right now :). A hanger Or wire your choice I just used an old medal hanger because I had one. Wire cutters or strong utility scissors. Simple and cute-Just what we like.

I was quite proud of the hubby, because he noticed as soon as he came in from shoveling.and even better, he didn't realize it was me who did it! He asked, "When do you get that love pillow? Monday, July 15, 2013. My Chevron and Birdie Initial H. Michael's has been having AMAZING clearance and sales lately - so I got my craft on and made this beautiful chevron H :). I picked up this letter H for $1.99 and these little birds for about $.19 or $.29 each - I don't exactly remember. I also grabbed some for a friend. Trace the chevron stencil onto the letter. I used pencil. Just don't look closely! Paint the little birdies. Well, that was a fun and easy project! I love adding new items to my shelf.
