Sunday, October 28, 2007. I went to The Young Chefs Academy for kids where I learned how to make delicious foods. The theme of the week was pasta. One of the foods we made were Ziti noodles with homemade pasta sauce. I started by cooking 3 1/2 lbs of fresh Roma. Hope you enjoy. More cooking to follow. I used a few websites to help but the most useful were from Publix and one with free pumkin stencils. The Publix website. Was where we got the ideas for the Cat Stencil.
