We believe that children need BOTH parents in their lives whenever possible, despite difficult divorces and imperfect parents. Unless something truly awful has happened such as sexual abuse, it is best to be in touch with both parents. After all, they are the only parents each of us have, and losing contact can feel like big loss as kids grow older. The Kids Link is a tool for kids and parents who want to better understand their children s experiences and connect, or stay connected, with their children.
