By Faith The Carlsons: Purposefully Busy
http://www.byfaiththecarlsons.com/2011/10/purposefully-busy.html
October 24, 2011. Posted by Lindsey Carlson. Sunday: Up at 6, dress and feed four kids, leave for church at 7am for praise team practice, lead two worship services, home for lunch and a quick nap, back to church to teach Madeline’s kids’ choir, back home to get kids in bed, collapse in bed. Monday: Kyle leaves at 6:30am for class, I spend day doing laundry for 6, tidying house, homeschooling kiddos, fighting many post-weekend temper-tantrums, possible date-night after kids are in bed. Friday: Kyle takes ...

Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation Psalm 25: 4-5. Sunday, August 28, 2011. A Day In The Life. I’ve written a lot about our homeschooling lately… that’s what’s consuming most of my time lately! But if your sick of hearing about it better stop reading now…. Issued a “Day in the Life” challenge and I took the bait… so here goes! ETA: I should really read BEFORE I write! Heart of the Matter. That finished we go to the school ...

http://www.byfaiththecarlsons.com/2011/09/lady-in-waiting.html
September 5, 2011. Posted by Lindsey Carlson. For the last month, our house has been on the market. Translation: For the last month, I’ve been living with everything in boxes in my garage, switching between real towels and white “show” towels (to avoid anonymous blue toothpaste stains), obsessively vacuuming and scrubbing, eating boxed meals off of paper plates while my children play with a box of toys and a handful of books. Been provided. We are grateful to have a home at all! Several times over the pa...

Laquo; Team Up Thursday Green. Bigger in Texas ». June 11, 2010. Lava Lamps -Summer Fun-. I found a fun, cheap, and easy project in Family Fun magazine about making Lava Lamps with things you already have in your house. You will need 3 empty water bottles ( I dont normally buy this kind of water, but they make pretty lava lamps with the lids on), food coloring, vegetable oil, and alka seltzer. Fill each bottle a little more than half with oil:. Now add 10 drops of food coloring:. Posted by: Things I Fancy.

Procrastination | Clothed in Scarlet
https://bethanyann.wordpress.com/2011/03/16/procrastination
I have been procrastinating on posting. I have tons to post about, but I’m just not focused enough to actually sit down, write, upload photos and hit publish. Either way, I’m just going to start somewhere. How about that CRAAZY resolution list. Let’s start there. Books to read (or re-read! This year I’ve crossed off The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and have begun Prince Caspian. Still slowly working through King Arthur. As for my 25 before 27 list? I can cross off the following:. It keeps the laundr...

I had heard many mixed reviews about the movie, so I went in with low expectations, which the movie exceeded. My initial thoughts about the soundtrack were justified. The use of contemporary tracks was an unnecessary risk that didn't pay off. The music's best moments were when it stayed tr. Does it really matter what the music was? Yes DiCaprio captured the spirit of a...
