Thursday, January 24, 2013. Ava Gets the Best Room. Seriously, Flav's room is my favorite room.I might spend all day in there.with or without Ava. BleghI hate those blinds.oh well. Thursday, February 21, 2013. We got some new family pictures done.FINALLY. I was feeling really proud of myself when we showed up to pictures. We all looked nice, I had snacks for Ava.I was all sorts of prepared to have a wonderful picture experience. And then Ava decided she hated me. Seriously, she screamed almost the whole time. Wednesday, May 25, 2011. A Day With The Kids. Today, I went over to Maren's elementary school to help her with her class and their activity day. It was super fun and I even got a little sun! So kudos to you kids. Kudos. But I realized today that I am pretty awesome. Maren's students thought I was cool and a good majority of them even wanted me to sign their yearbook, even though they had only known me for a good two hours. I guess it just makes it official that I am awesome. You two look exactly alike!

Monday, August 4, 2014. I can't believe my little Flava is THREE! It is killing me! She is such a doll and has the funniest little personality. I love that I get to be home with her all day. She loves to make up songs, dance, sneak up on people, and make funny faces. She also loves to draw. Here is a picture she drew of me today. We already had a party, so we took Ava to lunch and the Dinosaur Museum today. My sister Mikelle made this cute shirt for Ava. She LOVES it! She is so smart! Dad, Mom, and MeLisa.

Sunday, April 20, 2014. Life is still crazy! I only have 6 more months of grad school! It has seriously been so crazy and stressful! It wasn't bad until I went back to teaching full-time and then it was like.BOOM. We are still house hunting. We have an offer on a house that we are HOPING goes through soon. Sunday, March 31, 2013. Easter was a lot of fun this year. Ava (*cough* Maren), got really excited about finding eggs and having an Easter basket in the morning. My parents also came down and stayed with us. We played, ate, and went hiking in Zion National Park. Ava thought Grandpa was hysterical. Her favorite part of the hike was throwing rocks in the water.
