As I was taking down the pumpkins, spiders, and black cats last weekend it occurred to me that there isn't really any traditional decor for Thanksgiving. I suppose you could say that turkeys are the decorative standard for the Thanksgiving season but if you really think about it, this is kind of odd. Friday, June 3, 2016. This post is all about playing catch up with tons of pictures! I love the sunrises in Colorado. They make the Rockies look Pink/Purple and I really wanted to remember this. The boys humored me one morning and we drove out to take pictures of it. They were very patient, maybe because we promised pancakes afterwards. The pictures don't really even do it justice. Pretty neat to think that people lived here once upon a time. And of course, what is winter without snow. TONS of snow!

Wednesday, April 6, 2016. A Very Merry Christmas! We had a great Christmas this year! My brother and Ruth came down to spend it with us and we all had so much fun together as we always do! I won't bore you all too much with writing but I do have a TON of pictures as always :). Yummy festive Peppermint drinks for Christmas Eve! A full mantle makes me happy. Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Adjusting to a New Rountine. But what can you do when all of your stuff is in storage?
