The Koontz Family Blog. Monday, July 27, 2015. HCCC Swim and Dive Team - Summer 2015. Evan was on the swim and dive team for Hunting Creek Country Club for the third time and it was his best season yet! He had lots of fun with his friends and he did some great swimming and diving. He is even thinking of doing swim and/or dive in the off season. Whatever he decides, we are very proud of Evan. He worked hard this season and he made a lot of progress! Evan was very excited for the first meet of the season!

The Koontz Family Blog. Sunday, August 31, 2014. After a lovely summer, it is now time for BOTH boys to go to school and for me to return to work. (I have actually been going to school for many weeks, since I needed to get the classroom ready, plan lessons, do assessments, etc.) I am always sad for summer to go, since I LOVE the extra time with the boys and things just seem more carefree. The Koontz Family Blog. Saturday, April 25, 2015. Winter was lots of fun and was filled with lots of snow, time off of school, movies, cuddles and games, but spring is here now and we are THRILLED! We can be outside again without freezing and everything is becoming beautiful once again. Preston was SO excited to go hiking! He spent most of the hike running! Evan picked some flowers for me. Monday, October 20, 2008. We had a WONDERFUL fall weekend! It was a gorgeous fall day and we all had a great time. Ethan and Parker loved all of the kids activities, and burned off some major energy by running around like crazy! We picked out a little pumpkin for Parker, and a big pumpkin to carve. Saturday, March 3, 2012. We had quite the snow/ice storm in January. The town literally shut down for three days. Power was out all over and the roads were a sheet of ice.
