Monday, March 2, 2009. We had a great Valentine's Day. We started out the weekend decorating sugar cookies. The kids always enjoy it, even though they do not like them. Both Anika and Aiden had parties at school. And Aiden really enjoyed giving his Transformer Valentines. How did you talk him into a maid! It's been fun to keep up with your family! She was the first grandchild on both sides. And remained so for almost three years. You could say she was very spoiled. She is very social and always wants to be playing with her friends. Thursday, January 15, 2009. This post is from November but better late than never. I was lucky enough to get to drive to Montana to watch my sister compete in our last state volleyball tournament. She played awesome and their team took first for the fourth year in a row. The kids liked to watch the games but they preferred swimming with there Aunt Shannda and Nathan. Thanks guys! Saturday, September 19, 2009. Anika's Birthday- May 25, 2009. I can't believe that I have an eight year old. She has grown up so much over the years, and it seems like not that long ago she was a tiny baby. She had a great birthday party. We purchased a big waterslide for all the kids birthdays this year. She had a great time with her friends on it for her Hawaiin birthday party. I am sure I have more pictures somewhere of her family party, but I have no idea where they are. Eight reasons we love Anika.

Saturday, September 19, 2009. Spring Break - March 2009. So I am a little behind. I got caught up sewing and other projects. Plus I have four VERY active kids. For spring break, we went up to Montana to spend time with my family. The kids had a ball playing in Grandma's backyard, going fishing with Grandpa, and we took them to the indoor water park in town. Thursday, February 5, 2009. I love love love this little girl! I could not imagine having a sweeter baby. She is just such a good girl and she brings. So much love to our home. This picture is mostly for Grandma. It is her first smile and I caught it on camera! After the chaos of the morning, the rest of the day was very relaxing. We spent the rest of the day playing with toys, taking naps, and eating all the yummy stuff that our neighbors brought. I was a total slacker and did not make any treat...
