http://cheguevaraontheroad.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Che Guevara on the Road. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Was only about Civil Wars, Shawarmas and Bomb Blasts till I came to. Since then, it is also about gorgeous females, beautiful locales and other lip-smacking food too! Thanks to my job I recently got an opportunity to travel to. For 3 days – albeit it was an official hiring trip I was really excited about exploring some parts of the historic city in whatever time I had! We took a Jazeera Airways flight from. At 9 PM and were greeted to an empty Airport!

Che Guevara on the Road. Thursday, May 29, 2014. Ghee Roast Chicken Chaanp. The day I saw this recipe on Sikandalous Cuisine. I fell in love! The "love at first sight" kinds! And I knew I had to make this.the colours were so inviting! And it gave me an opportunity of following a recipe of the Master "Atul Sikand". 2 Chicken Chops - about 200 grams each. 2 Dried Red Chilies. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Corn. 4 Cloves / laung. 200 ml Hot Water. 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste/Puree. Salt (to adjust the seasoning).

Che Guevara on the Road. Friday, October 25, 2013. This is one dish which I have always loved gorging in the by-lanes of Old Delhi but the Lamb Version and the distinct name Ishtew came from there only! The Karim's and Al Jawahars of the world are the real experts so when I saw the recipe on Seema Hussain. S FB Page: It'S All About Seem's Food. I had to make this one. She had posted the Mutton Stew recipe but I decided to make Chicken Ishtew instead! And it came out superb! Highly recommended I say!

Che Guevara on the Road: Laal Paneer
http://cheguevaraontheroad.blogspot.com/2014/09/laal-paneer.html
Che Guevara on the Road. Friday, September 5, 2014. This was one of those special evenings when I cooked a Vegetarian Dish! I made "Palak Paneer" last year in September but that was made using Shan Masala Mix so not really consider as pure cooking! I saw this recipe some days back on Sikandalous Cooking and the moment I saw that vibrant Fiery red colour of the gravy I fell in love and was determined to give it a shot! Yes it was Fiery both in terms of the colour and the flavour but had a refreshing taste!

This BlogPost is another tradition which I have been religiously following since 2011 and love following all the Oscar-nominated and other critically acclaimed movies which fail to get the Oscar nod…this year was another spectacularly awesome year when it came to Hollywood and Global movies in general! So different than pre-Kuwait days when I used to watch Oscar-winning movies some 4-5 years after winning! 1 Martin Scorsese's...
