Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Today is the first day of school, so I'd better post all the great pictures from our big trip back home this summer. We had lots of fun, lots of activities, but most importantly saw lots of family and friends. Mari Cagle was at a sleepover with a friend and the friend's dad asked, "Mari Cagle, what does your Dad do? Mari Cagle responded, "He teaches at the university.". The friend's dad followed up, "Oh, what does he teach? Finance," Mari Cagle answered quite knowledgeably. Asked Mari Cagle's friend. I don't know. A second grade spelling word? Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Parks' Baptism and Father's Day. Parks was baptised this Sunday! What a special gift for Father's Day. We had everyone over to our house for a brunch before we headed over to the church. Parks was exhausted while everyone was at our house and was a little fussy but as soon as we got to chuch, he was perfect! Here are a few pictures of the big day. This was extremely special! First, it's my birthday week as my birthday is on the 23rd. I always look forward to birthdays and celebrating but this year I feel it'll be a little different. Here's what we have coming up. One year ago today, Johny popped the question in Charleston, SC. It was one of the most exciting days of my life. I mean I'd only been waiting 5 years and 1 month for him to ask me! Mr Dooley is doing good.he's loving the warmer weather and loves going on long walks with his mom and dad. Last weekend, we took him on the nature trail at our apartment complex and he decided he wanted to get in the creek. Needless to say, he needed a bath immediately but at least he enjoyed himself! We've also had a lot going on recently with friends!

Wowit's been 2 months since I've posted anything but I have a good excuse. Between being home alone without Johny for nearly 6 weeks, packing up our entire house, moving to Macon, Thanksgiving, a new territory and getting settled into our new apartment.life has been a bit crazy!
