I got on the scale to see where I am and it said 278.9. Which is up essentially 5 pounds since I left. I'm not going to call it the official weigh in but it's good to know where I stand. I have to go in and get a little drawn out, because I’m leaving for the States shortly and there’s no way I can fly like this… I can’t bring my liquid protein ON THE PLANE! No fills in a very long time. ti.e.I get stuck every other day. No rhyme no reason. No weight loss. I lose and gain the same 10 lbs. I don't need a fill. I assume its because I don't eat enough protein. Who knows. May will be 3 years since my life changed forever. I don't regret any of it. How can I regret losing 130 lbs? That would be silly.
