Friday, September 23, 2011. All Mike wanted for Father's day was to go camping. We had never taken the kids before and thought it would be a fun family outing. We (more like I) packed up all our gear and headed up to the mountains for a few days. The girls were excited to say the least. They had been talking about it for weeks. Liesel: "A beef stick." Anna: " oh but on Halloween monsters eat beefsticks, maybe you should just be a kitty.". Later in the day-Anna: cooking, and Liesel comes up behind her and bites her leg, "ouch." Liesel: "I monster, you beef stick mommy.". Like next week will you be the Hopper Car, then the Box Car?

Saturday, February 27, 2010. Celina is one of my very best friends here in Durham, NC. She has been my visiting teaching companion for the past 2 years, my boys absolutely LOVE her (pretty much their second mom) and she has been huge blessing in my life. Celina's actual birthday is Feb. 24th but I helped throw her a birthday party that Saturday the 27th. We had so much fun! My boys adore her! Celina had lots of help blowing out the candles. Friday, September 23, 2011. After almost three years, we were finally able to get all the cousins together. All six of them, ranging from 4 months to 5 years. They had so much fun together! It was my first time meeting my brothers daughter and their oldest, who is Brooklyn's age, I last saw when she was four months old. It was great to see all of them and to be able to have them play together. It was loud at times, really. Loud, But they kept themselves entertained and enjoyed being together.

We've told her that the only time she can wear it is when she is playing dress up. I don't like the stuff. It has caused a few too many arguments in our home.
