At least I get a little trip to Chicago this weekend to sooth my soul and make me feel a little better about things for a while. Acceptance of circumstances out of my control has always been a struggle for me and I suppose God is once again teaching me a lesson I have no desire to learn in an effort to make me a better person blah blah blah! Don't mind the mismatched outfit.had to wear old clothes for painting. :). She loves spending time with Daddy! The finished project. (It is a coin bank). Saturday, November 19, 2011. Hayden's last day of school was yesterday. For the last month or so, she has been singing all kinds of Thanksgiving songs and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Her school put on a Thanksgiving Day Program today and it was sooooo cute! It was hard to get good pictures as the lighting in the church wasn't the greatest. I video taped the entire thing, but my blog won't let me upload it as the file is too big! So here are a few pictures from today! All done, time for snacks!

Thursday, December 20, 2012. Last Friday, Hayden and I were planning an impromptu trip to Frankenmuth. I needed to find a way for her to burn off some major pent up energy. Luckily, Grandma got out of work early that day and asked if she could join us. So we all headed to the World's Largest Christmas Store, Bronners! You can't NOT go to Bronners during Christmas time when you live this close to it! How do you like my earmuffs? Such a cute tree! After Bronners we HAD to go get pizza at Tiffany's!

Thursday, November 29, 2012. Clarice made her arrival on Sunday afternoon while Hayden was napping. Ironically we had just finished decorating the tree before she layed down for her nap. :) So Clarice made herself at home at the top of the Christmas tree. And she must have said hi to the elf about 50 times that day! So now Hayden is sooo excited to wake up in the morning and go see where Clarice is hanging out for the day. In fact, Hayden is back to waking up before 6am due to her excitement!

Sunday, May 22, 2011. Happy 3rd Birthday Miss Hayden! Our little girl is growing up so fast! We celebrated her 3rd Birthday on Mother's Day. We just had a small gathering of Family come over to enjoy the day. Monday, August 20, 2012. Lately, Hayden has been throwing little temper tantrums and has been whining when things are not going her way. The whining is driving me crazy. For example, tonight after Hayden was in bed for 10 minutes or so, she starts crying and whining. Mark goes up there and she is crying because her water does not have any ice in it (it melted)! So Mark fills her cup up with ice, calms her down and back to bed she goes. Then about 5 minutes later, her music stops and the crying starts!
