Kitchen of The Left-Handed Spoon: November 2010

http://thelefthandedspoon.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html

Wednesday, November 17, 2010. I've gotten a large number of requests for this recipe, and while I can't claim it as my own, I'm more than happy to share it because it rocks my socks! 1 1/2 cup natural peanut butter ( I use smooth and lightly salted). 1 1/2 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or unflavored - I use chocolate). 1/2 cup Sucanat (if you are using sweetened protein powder cut sucanat back to 1/3rd cup)(took me a while to find this, but you can get it at Whole Foods). 1 tsp baking soda.

Kitchen of The Left-Handed Spoon: Easter Egg Cupcakes

http://thelefthandedspoon.blogspot.com/2010/05/easter-egg-cupcakes.html

Thursday, May 13, 2010. Want to make your everyday cupcakes a little more Easter appropriate . . . . Simply add a Robin's Egg to the top of each frosted cupcake and suddenly you're in the spring time spirit! I never think of easter desserts except sugar cookies. . . but this is super cute and the little swirl looks like a nest :). May 19, 2010 at 3:37 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Kitchen of The Left-Handed Spoon: St. Patty's Day Cake

http://thelefthandedspoon.blogspot.com/2010/05/st-pattys-day-cake.html

Thursday, May 13, 2010. St Patty's Day Cake. Here's a simple yet "festive" St. Patty's Day dessert, and the best part . . . it's semi-homemade! Take a box of yellow cake mix; follow all the directions on the box, just add some green food coloring. Make some buttercream frosting and divide into three equal parts, color one part green, and one part orange. Leave the 3rd part white. Do you have your buttercream frosting recipe on here? How can i make this cake if i dont know how to make the frosting?

Kitchen of The Left-Handed Spoon: May 2010

http://thelefthandedspoon.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html

Saturday, May 15, 2010. Now for a little more brownie inspiration. Don't have time to go all out making a fancy dessert? Simply mix together (as per box instructions) a box of brownie mix, but instead of the regular 8x8 pan, spoon into a mini-cupcake pan and bake for about 10 minutes. While the brownie bites are baking, mix up some of this. Cream cheese frosting, and top each brownie with a nice swirl . . . Now you've got a fancy dessert with only half the hassle. Fail Proof Cream Cheese Frosting. Take a...

The Left Hander

Musings from a left hander living in a right-handed world. Wednesday, 25 March 2009. I've been watching Heston Blumenthal's programmes on telly where he creates an unbelievable dinner for his celebrity guests. For someone who creates such amazing dishes, it comes as no surprise to see that he is left handed. Posted by Carole Seawert. Links to this post. Thursday, 12 March 2009. A strange left-handed coincidence. Take a look at this:. Lawyers and Latin students are no more likely to be left handed than US...

Kitchen of The Left-Handed Spoon

Friday, January 14, 2011. Ok; so I know we all love pancakes, there's no denying that, and even those of us trying to eat "clean" need a little treat every now and again. So here's my recipe for oatmeal pancakes; a bit of an acquired taste and a little on the dense side (it's oatmeal, what did you expect) but very tasty in my opinion! And hey; you gotta do what you gotta do to feel like you can eat a "normal" food like the rest of the world right! Wednesday, November 17, 2010. 1 1/2 scoop whey protein po...

The Left Hand Of Belief | Figuring out life

The Left Hand Of Belief. November 28, 2016. I walked my first labyrinth yesterday. Or, at least, the first since I became pagan. Cannot remember if I ever walked one when I was younger, but I rather doubt it. It’s not something my Christian upbringing would’ve understood. And is built to one of the familiar medieval designs. But if you don’t know the area, it can be tricky to get to, even when driving. November 20, 2016. But there were so many things that reminded me why I don’t go anymore. But I can&#82...

The Left Hand of God

The Left Hand of God. An agnostic, progressive and mildly cynical take on religion. Thursday, September 28, 2006. Here at the LHG we rise and fall together. If some of us go, we all do. This gig is over - thanks for your time. Posted by elivo at 9:42 AM. Thursday, September 21, 2006. My money is on the brunette. Celebrity authors, we meant (not heavyweights like Stephen King or JK Rowling, celebrity authors in the nerd world, not the real world). One one side atheist crusador Sam Harris. A big chunk of o...
