I never though of it that way, but it would seem that we do! Buglama is another version of a “stew”. It is more formal (if food can be formal) and is usually served at weddings or other gatherings. My husband and I went to a Turkish Restaurant in New Haven, CT for lunch. Why Turkish? I figured since Easter is right around the corner, this weekend would be a good time to attempt them. I used a recipe from CNNGo.com. Supposedly it's from a Shanghai street vendor, so hopefully it'll be tasty. I made them tonight and am planning on letting them marinate until Sunday. Labels: Food Tea Eggs Chinese.
