Friday, April 20, 2012. So Much. Pain! So, Wednesday I went to Dr. Miller and got spacers in to make room for the bands of the Expander.And if the rubber spacers hurt this much, I don't want to think about how much it's going to hurt when I get the Braces and the Expander put in! I woke up yesterday morning with all. Of my top teeth hurting. I swear, it hurt worse than when I got my Wisdom Teeth out! I just laid in my bed and moaned until my mom came to get me up for school. Of course I found this on Pinterest here. 1/3 C breadcrumbs or oatmeal (we use oatmeal). 1/3 C Parmesan cheese. 1 or 2 Eggs (we used 1 but 2 probably would have helped. 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (or 1/4 C ketchup). 1/2 tspn garlic powder.
