I added 4 cups of fresh blueberries with 1 cup of white wine vinegar to a glass container with a fitted lid. This is very important since this will take up to 4 weeks to make! Just crush the berries. The recipe said lightly, I may have crushed them a bit more, but still looking pretty intact. I'll keep you posted!
