Our neighborhood: Bedroom community 25 miles from downtown Chicago, HOA maintains front yard, clubhouse, pool, beach volleyball and tennis/basketball courts, several playgrounds and acres of green space/miles of paved trails. Steps to elementary school and easy access to golf courses, nature preserves, major highways and LOTS of shopping. Our eight years of green/eco home renos. So new rugs in every room.
