This week's recipe is another I've had around for years. It's simple and one of my favorite comfort foods. 1 onion, chopped. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup frozen peas. 1 cup frozen carrots. 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded. 2 1/2 tsp baking powder. Preheat oven to 450. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes. Monday, August 29, 2011.

Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul. Friday, July 20, 2012. 1 can crescent rolls. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning. Preheat oven to 350. Mix melted butter with salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush over unrolled, separated crescent rolls, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Monday, August 3, 2009. It was my 6. But my 1st time at k-west. i was in cabin 7 and i had lots of fun girls in there. The 1st 2 days it rained but we still did stuff and had fun, one of the thing we did was a skit contest against all of the cabins and we won the funniest skit award. I did lots of activities like blob, bible study, aerobics,. Sailing, games, trampoline,arts and crafts. and lots of other stuff. There were 4 parties: western,. Fiesta,man vs. wild and pirate! But i really miss camp now.
