Friday, July 24, 2015. Jump roping is one of my favorite things in the whole world. Ever since I was a little girl and was on a jump rope competition and demonstration team I have loved it. It is also where I met my "sister" Melissa who still happens to be one of my best friends to this day. I have started working out again after having Clint and Clay loves to do it all with me.
