DY Can Cook: Creamy Polenta & Mushroom Sauce
http://dycancook.blogspot.com/2012/07/creamy-polenta-fricassee-of-truffles.html
Fumbling My Way Through the Kitchen in Attempt at Culinary Bliss. Thursday, July 19, 2012. Creamy Polenta and Mushroom Sauce. Here's a meal inspired by Food Network's Best Thing I Ever Made. Scott Conant really sold me on his creamy polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms. Which wasn't hard because I'm a sucker for mushrooms. The result seemed a bit thick compared to his Scott's version. Maybe we'll have to visit his restaurant and try it out for ourselves to know what it should taste like. Creamy P...

DY Can Cook: Linguini & Eggs
http://dycancook.blogspot.com/2009/07/linguini-eggs.html
Fumbling My Way Through the Kitchen in Attempt at Culinary Bliss. Thursday, July 30, 2009. I tried it for lunch today and it's very tasty! I made it a bit on the crispier side as a personal preference, and somehow forgot the parmesan cheese. I'm so excited and can't wait to make it again soon with the parmesan. Now just because there are eggs in it doesn't necessarily make this dish a breakfast item.it's good for any meal of the day. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Rack of Lamb a la Julia Child.

DY Can Cook: June 2012
http://dycancook.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Fumbling My Way Through the Kitchen in Attempt at Culinary Bliss. Saturday, June 30, 2012. Since the unsuccessful attempt of using crescent roll dough as pie dough in the previous post, I was intent on making one the right way. These pies were made late in the evening, sometime after dinner, so I let them cool overnight. Today, I zapped one in the micro for about 30 seconds, long eno...
