http://tinchapeltextiles.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 28 July 2015. Its all about the base. Here's some new work that I have been developing, a. Paper mache sculpture on a mohogany base. This one is called, it's all about the base. Dealing with the female form and how body conscious we are. Our vulnerability due to media pressure. It stands at 12 inches in height and I have really enjoyed making it. It's a one of a kind piece, that's listed in the etsy shop now and priced to sell. Links to this post. Thursday, 23 July 2015. Links to this post.

Tinchapel Textiles: The giant cardigan of Cardigan.
http://tinchapeltextiles.blogspot.com/2015/02/the-giant-cardigan-of-cardigan.html
Wednesday, 18 February 2015. The giant cardigan of Cardigan. Yesterday I was so fortunate to see the giant cardigan of Cardigan. A beautiful exhibition of a collaborative work of knitting art, put together by Lisa Hellier. She came up with the idea of knitting a map of Cardigan, on a giant knitted cardigan. She had a team of local people ,and herself, getting together, like a knitting bee, to create this work of art. You can view it at the G. Here you can see the back in detail. A little more detail.

Tinchapel Textiles: The Case of the Missing Tortoise....
http://tinchapeltextiles.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-case-of-missing-tortoise.html
Saturday, 4 July 2015. The Case of the Missing Tortoise. About two weeks ago I noticed a post on Facebook, about an owner who had lost her beloved tortoise. I reposted it a few times , and really hoped they would be reunited. The tortoise went missing in the St Dogmaels Poppit sands area and had been missing for ten days :(. It was on our walk back home, that I noticed something very large moving and I just stared, I couldn't believe it! We felt happy and blessed. Here is Lara, the runaway tortoise :).
