The ramblings of a micro preemie mom. Skip to primary content. Happy Nurses Week 2014, Thank You! May 5, 2014. I have really needed to update but haven’t gotten to it! For nurses week I would like to post a THANK YOU to our NICU nurses and others nurses that are special to our family including my two amazing sisters! Xander is now 2 years old. He is an amazing, smart, funny and loving toddler. He is still small for his age but developmentally on track or even advanced! So a huge THANK YOU to NICU Nurses!

Like “Super Hero Fire Fighter Xanderman” Rocked It! They give the Bailey Test to check on development and he scored 29 months in most areas! The ramblings of a micro preemie mom. Skip to primary content. May 7, 2014. I have been meaning to write but keep letting it slide. Today is a good day to update as we just had our eye appointment! He is slightly nearsighted with a very low prescription at this time. The Pediatric Ophthalmologist said this just means he will more than likely have a big prescription when he gets older, just like his mom! We had ECSE come for a visit a few days after his birthday and they were so impressed with his speech!
