The Little Stevies: July 2011
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. The Little Stevies vs Canada. So our adventure continues. After tonight we head back to Vancouver for a couple of shows and then begin the drive back across the country to Toronto over the next three weeks, playing along the way, in our ridiculous jet black SUV. Hopefully we get to see a bear, or an elk, or a moose along the way too, though from a distance and the safety of a human-made structure preferably. Until the next blog,. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Little Stevies: December 2011
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 7, 2011. House Concerts. What a brilliant concept. I must write something about the weekend that has just been, because it was just too damn good not to give it a special mention. I must stop before I get all too mushy and sensitive, because if I ever wanted to try for a hipster cool image while I live out my twenties, confessing how moved I was by the whole thing really won't help my cause. But seriously, we had a mega awesome few days and cannot wait for the rest of these concer...

The Little Stevies: July 2012
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 23, 2012. Bittersweet at its finest. Thought it was about time for another installment of what’s been happening in our world at present. As many of you probably know, just 3 weeks ago Byll and her partner Tom gave birth to the most gorgeous little bub. He is the apple of everyone’s eye at the moment and he and his besotted parents are all doing amazingly well. Well, some things less terrifying. A strange sequence of events did however occur when within 24 hours of a significant birth, our gr...

The Little Stevies: August 2011
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 12, 2011. We met and hung out with some fabulous bands. The Crooked Brothers, The Weber Brothers, Low Flying Planes and Oh My Darling, so check them out because you wont be disappointed. We went water skiing and tubing too, but that’s a whole tour diary in itself, so I won’t spoil it. So much more to come and so much more that hasn’t been mentioned; otherwise you’d be up for a novel length read. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Little Stevies: Practice, say what?!
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2011/09/practice-say-what.html
Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Practice, say what? Apparently to learn a language or instrument when an adult, your chances of developing dementia is lessened dramatically. So, wish me luck. I’m thinking I’m going to need it, because the thought of conventional practice is still swaying between making me feel sick, and making me feel sexy. And I need to get to the sexy feeling, period. The Little Stevies: March 2012
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 6, 2012. I have been lucky enough to have a job at a pretty cool toy shop for the last five years with amazing bosses who allow me to come and go in between touring, and who have allowed me to do that from the very beginning. Most days at the toy shop turn out to be fairly similar, but every now and then something happens that really stays with me, like today. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Little Stevies: July 2013
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 18, 2013. A new found confidence. A new found confidence. It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I started calling myself a musician. Even though I'd been writing, playing and performing my own music for a long time I still couldn't bring myself to say the word 'musician' when asked the common question 'what do you do? Let alone get passed the wall of cringe to utter the word 'songwriter'. I was having a conversation with a 'writer' when I had the epiphany. It didn't matter what she ha...

The Little Stevies: A new chapter: with change, comes opportunity
http://thelittlestevies.blogspot.com/2012/04/new-chapter-with-change-comes.html
Monday, April 30, 2012. A new chapter: with change, comes opportunity. It’s been a pretty constant couple of years of solid touring and recording for us Little Stevies, and this week marks the beginning of a long earned rest that we are all very much looking forward to. Byll is renovating a house and preparing for motherhood, I continue plodding along with a master’s degree and keep in practice by working on a first release for my pop, beat heavy duo, Sugarcraft. Also remembering that albums don’t ...
