Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Been so long since I posted that I don't even remember exactly when we took this trip.wanna say that it was like September or October! Nathan has been traveling a lot for work and I miss him dearly when he is away! As do the kiddos). So, I decided to surprise him with a little get away one weekend! Was very pleased with myself that I actually kept it a secret until the minute we were driving! I was so excited that it was very hard not to tell him all about it! Dinner on a Dime.

Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Waiting at the top of the stairs. Jax took a peek over the balcony. Then rushed to the presents. This is Jaxon playing his new Paper Jamz Guitar. Santa got my letter! Jaden got everything on his list and then a few surprises! Jessica got everything on her list too. And of course some surprises! All presents were open and being played with by 7:45 am! Thursday, December 01, 2011. This year we started a new tradition for the month of November. Jaden was in a car accident on Halloween night. it was pretty bad. He walked away from it with no major injuries, but the car had about $6200.00 damage. We were so THANKFUL. He was alright, that the next day I made a THANKFUL. Jar, set it on the counter, where it sat the entire month of November. We wrote on little slips of paper. all month long. all the things we were THANKFUL. For Then we had a special THANKFUL.

Friday, June 19, 2009. A bit of good news. Actually, its a bit of GREAT news! Today I had my appointment with my oncologist to go over the results of the pathology report from my surgery. Let me start from the top. So as far as im concerned, I AM CANCER FREE! So thats where I am. Still a long road, but im prepared and ready. Its a great day! Thursday, June 11, 2009. I meet with my oncologist on the 19th and we should get my radiation scheduled-sooner rather than later-but it all depends on the healing of...

Sunday, February 28, 2010. All that.for this? Its been 4 days since the big surgery. I feel pretty good, only a bit sore on the right side and really sore on the left, but good overall. I was able to take the bandage off yesterday. Not good at all. I am supposed to meet with the Doctors office in the next couple days, so hopefully he can help me, but im sure if there was something he could do, then he would have done it. See you at book club this week, hopefully! March 1, 2010 at 4:59 PM. Back to School&...

Monday, September 05, 2011. Boys and Their Toys. Last week we bought a Jeep. We needed a third car and thought a Jeep would be fun to have. Little did we know how much entertainment this Jeep would be! We bought it Friday night. Saturday morning at 8:30 am this was the scene at our house. 3 boys checking out the Jeep. Stereo blasting (checking out the sound system). Making sure there were NO smudges on the car. Smiling from ear to ear. When we got home. they (the 3 boys) cleaned it up again.
