Wednesday, June 15, 2011. The house was even better than we'd imagined; it was huge, and beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The weather was cloudy for half the time and clear but chilly (lots of wind on English beaches! I'm so grateful for all these amazing girls I've met- I can't believe I didn't know any of them a year ago! Enough about that, though. Pictures! Saturday, May 21, 2011. It's neat to get used to a different part of London and a different way of moving around the city; I take new routes now and use different buses and tube lines. It's fun to see how the experience of the city changes depending on where you're based. Last night we had some friends over for a flat-warming; I made brownies and potato and pea samosas, which came out really well. It was so nice to be able to host people, which I haven't done yet since I've been here! Look, Im Doing It!
