http://bitofaknitter.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Bit of a Knitter. Making, writing, cooking, and a bit of knitting. Saturday, 22 October 2011. Not knitting, quite the opposite. I haven't been getting much knitting done, apart from having finished but not blocked the Summit scarf. I've been doing this instead. Frogging my Lima cardigan. It wasn't a disaster, but it wasn't right, so.back, two sides and one a half arms in, I decided to call it quits and start again. Easier said than done as it turns out. Friday, 7 October 2011. As this is my first attempt...

Bit of a Knitter: December 2012
http://bitofaknitter.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Bit of a Knitter. Making, writing, cooking, and a bit of knitting. Friday, 28 December 2012. Another year.another post. Oh dear. I've done it again. A whole year between posts. And yet I find myself oddly reluctant to relinquish the fact that, neglected as it may be, I do have a knitting blog. But knitting took a bit of a back seat. I also sold my first knitting pattern. Just the one. The Dinky Twinkly Christmas Bauble. Now that really was a surprise! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Bit of a Knitter. Making, writing, cooking, and a bit of knitting. Thursday, 28 February 2013. Learning to knit.again! So, I've been neglecting my blogging commitment. Again. I struggle with self imposed deadlines, somehow I just don't manage to take them seriously enough. Or, perhaps I just don't take myself seriously enough.but that's another kind of blog so I'll stop there. Now I can't knit like I used to. Now it all feels wrong, no matter how I do it. It's a very odd feeling. How do you knit? But, it...

http://bitofaknitter.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Bit of a Knitter. Making, writing, cooking, and a bit of knitting. Tuesday, 21 April 2015. We went to Tasmania (pt 4). It seems a while ago, Tasmania. And it sort of is,. About two weeks since. So before it becomes a distant memory, here's the last little bit of Tassie. More wondrous natural beauty I'm afraid .do you think you can handle that? We went and stayed in a great little place, in Coles Bay on the Freycinet Peninsula situated on the north east coast of Tasmania. We went a-walking to Wineglass Bay.

Bit of a Knitter: February 2010
http://bitofaknitter.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Bit of a Knitter. Making, writing, cooking, and a bit of knitting. Saturday, 20 February 2010. I'm not going to make it. As you can see, this hasn't progressed much. After several, meaning five maybe even six false starts (I stopped counting after the third time I ripped it out and started again, it was just too dispiriting.), I have got this far; which is a good way off the heel fun. Tuesday, 16 February 2010. Where did that come from? I'm going to have to start again. Again. Monday, 15 February 2010.

Bit of a Knitter: March 2015

Bit of a Knitter. Making, writing, cooking, and a bit of knitting. Sunday, 29 March 2015. Mt Tamborine is a popular spot in the hinterland - the 'green behind the gold' of the Gold Coast. It's a short car journey, and the mountain tops out at 525 m, which isn't especially high but certainly high enough to give astonishing views of the surrounding landscape - which will be why around 7000 people live up there. It was lovely and shady. And stuffed full of kookaburras, all chuckling away like loons. Here ar...
